Marianne Boyd Drescosky, Attorney
Marianne is the founder of MD Law, PLLC, a boutique estate planning law firm located in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. With over 20 years of experience in the financial field, Marianne brings a wealth of knowledge to the legal industry. During her time in finance, she gained a deep understanding of estate planning and its importance, which ultimately led her to pursue a law degree. While in law school, she took advanced LLM (Master of Law) classes focused on estate planning. She graduated with high honors, Magna Cum Laude, from WMU Cooley Law School with a Juris Doctorate. Marianne's financial background, education, and personal life have given her a multidimensional understanding of estate and incapacitation planning. This enables her to provide customized solutions to each client's unique situation. Marianne believes that planning for incapacitation is just as important as planning for after death. Her dedication to ensuring her clients' voices are heard when they cannot speak for themselves sets her apart from other lawyers in the field.
